Return Policy

The Microtob team welcomes you and extends its gratitude for your trust. Microtob is committed to protecting customer rights by clearly outlining its product exchange and return policy. This policy is binding for both parties: the "customer" and the store "Microtob."

First: Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to exchange products in the following cases:

  1. The activation key provided did not work properly.
  2. If an error occurred during the order and the customer selected a different software version than the one that suits them, Microtob will exchange the product. However, the customer will bear all related costs, including the price difference between the products.
  3. The product will be exchanged if a mistake was made by the Microtob team and a different product than the one ordered was sent.

Return Policy

  1. Products can be returned if Microtob is unable to successfully exchange the product for the customer. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
  2. The product cannot be returned if the customer has already used the activation key on their device.
  3. If the customer made an error during the order process, the product will be exchanged but the payment will not be refunded.
  4. Adobe products cannot be returned or exchanged. A confirmation image of the invitation request being sent to the customer will be provided. If an issue occurs with the customer's email, the product cannot be returned or the email address changed.
